YOUR SERVICE HAS NOT YET BEGUN AND YOU WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL IT

If you purchased the wrong service or you’ve just changed your mind and don't want to get your ordered service more than 24 hours before appointed event starts, we will bind ourselves to find a solution that will satisfy your needs or will make full refund. In case your order is in progress and you would like to cancel it, you are eligible for a partial refund.
Please keep in mind that appointed event time can be changed and slot reservation can be canceled only if you notify us about your will 24 hours before event start. If you miss your appointed event without notification, you won’t be granted another event and payment won’t be refunded for missed event. When we reserve a spot in our event for you (with or without loot for your chosen class/spec), a team of players/guild can no longer take another customer on this spot reserved for you and will be payed for this spot. If you have some force majeure situation, you can always share your account to our driver, so he can join your appointed event to get your order done.

WE ARE UNABLE TO FULFILL THE SERVICE ACCORDING TO OUR TERMS

If we're unable to accomplish your order by any reason on our side, we will make full refund or can offer you another service for a price not exceeding the one you have already paid. If you choose another service which is cheaper, we will refund you the difference between those two prices.

ACCEPTABLE TERMS FOR A REFUND OR CHANGE OF THE SERVICE

Upon ordering a service you agree that period for return and/or exchange of purchased services is 14 days starting from the date of payment.

BLIZZARD ACTIONS AGAINST YOUR ACCOUNT - TRANSPARENCY

In case of an action against your account from the game companies, you agree that UPTOWNBOOST is not necessarily responsible and obliged to issue a cash refund. UPTOWNBOOST adopts a transparent attitude on this matter. If UPTOWNBOOST is aware of any concrete risk behind one of its services for sale, the customer is informed through service descriptions, Discord messages, or more. However, UPTOWNBOOST strives to sell services that do not break Terms of Service as much as possible, such as Selfplay services. In case of any suspension or action against your account, UPTOWNBOOST is nevertheless obliged to try to analyse the problem, offer a solution or a compensation and generally support the customer through the matter.

CASH REFUNDS AND CREDIT REFUNDS

Cash refunds:

  • A) In accordance to European law, UPTOWNBOOST grants to all its customers (also non-european) the right to receive a refund within 14 days if the service has not been started yet.
  • B) Generally speaking, UPTOWNBOOST will always be able to issue a refund if the service has not been completed within DOUBLE the estimated time. If the service has a 1-3 days ETA, on the 6th day you have the right to ask for a refund even if we have already started the service. In that case, you can receive a refund in cash that corresponds to the part of the service that was not completed yet. This clause is in favour of the customer.

REFUND RULES

For World of Warcraft, the following specific rules also apply:

  • A) For Raids purchased for a specified day (that was confirmed with our support operator), and it do not start at the planned time, the customer is eligible for a cash refund if we can’t organize another raid within a FULL reset.
 
  • B) For Mythic+ services, UPTOWNBOOST does its best to guarantee a timed completion not to deplete the key. If the run fails, UPTOWNBOOST is obliged to offer another run free of charge unless there is a proof of the customer being the only reason behind the failure.

If UPTOWNBOOST cannot organise another run within 24hours, the customer is able to ask for a refund. This policy is subject to change for very high keys (example: +20 Selfplay Timed) and can be found in the services' description and rules.
