In Battle for Azeroth Mythic+ Dungeons system remained almost unchanged compared to the Legion one except several tweaks and upgrades like Weekly Chest in your faction's capital city now grants up to 3 items (with high chances to get 1 Azerite armor piece or weapon). Successful completion of Mythic+ 10 level dungeon will grant you best possible reward in your faction's capital city next week - you will get 380+ ilvl item guaranteed from a loot chest (if Azerite Armor drops, it will be Mythic Uldir quality item level - 385+). Additionaly to that, like in Legion, you have a chance to get random 370+ epic peace of gear for your character from mythic+ loot chest right after completion of a dungeon run.
